Overview

Frances Price, a 60-year-old former socialite, finds herself broke after her husband Franklin's death over a decade ago. With her fortune depleted, she liquidates her remaining assets and decides to escape to Paris for a fresh start, seeking anonymity in a borrowed apartment. Accompanying her is her aimless son, Malcolm, and a cat named Small Frank, whose presence raises questions about whether he carries the spirit of her late husband.
