Overview

Erroll Babbage dedicates his life to monitoring sex offenders, employing methods that often tread a fine line between justice and brutality. When he discovers a connection between a disturbed parolee and the vanishing of a local girl, he teams up with a new partner to dive into the shadowy world of the S&M underground. Racing against time, they must navigate this perilous subculture to rescue the girl before she becomes another tragic victim.
