The Great Man

Overview

Deployed to Afghanistan for half a year, legionnaires Markov and Hamilton find themselves in a dangerous ambush during an unauthorized mission. Markov bravely saves Hamilton, who is gravely injured by enemy fire, but this act costs him his place in the Legion. Back in Paris, Hamilton, recovering from his injuries, wishes to continue as a legionnaire, while Markov struggles as a civilian, trying to provide for his son Khadji. To help out, Hamilton gives his identity to a Chechen friend for legal work. However, when Markov suddenly goes missing, Hamilton is left confused and Khadji finds himself all alone.
