Canadian Bacon (1995)
In a bid to boost his dwindling approval ratings, the President of the United States is persuaded to ignite tensions with Canada. As he attempts to fabricate a conflict, a group of unlikely allies emerges, aiming to thwart his schemes and restore peace between the neighboring countries.
