Martin Yan
Martin Yan (Chinese: 甄文達, Zhen Wenda) is a Chinese-American culinary figure, chef, and author. Since 1982, he has been the host of his award-winning PBS cooking program, *Yan Can Cook*. Beyond television, he has appeared in films both as himself and in character roles, and he has released numerous books.
