Carmen Halphen

Carmen Cecilia Halphen, born on June 8, 2001, in Panama City, is a talented Panamanian-Spanish artist making significant strides in the film industry. Currently in her final year at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Carmen is focusing her studies on production design within the Film and Television program.

Her passion for the arts emerged early, leading her to engage in various creative endeavors, including theater, radio production, event organization, and music video creation. Throughout her budding career, Carmen has teamed up with notable production companies such as Warner Brothers, Ok Productions, Treehouse Studios, Ley Line Entertainment, Jaguar Films, GC Productions, Bambu Productions, AMC Studios, Lifetime TV, and IM Films Panamá. Some of her standout projects include her involvement in the blockbuster film "The Suicide Squad" (2021) and the socially relevant "Causa Justa" (2019). Additionally, she has lent her talents to the upcoming production "And the Rest is Her Story" (2025).

Carmen's contributions extend beyond her film work; she has been actively involved with the Panama International Film Festival (IFF Panama) and has played a role in Panama Fashion Week, organized by Physical. With a commitment to film and audiovisual direction, she aspires to enhance the cultural and artistic landscape of Panama and beyond.
