Amy Sedaris
Amy Louise Sedaris, born on March 29, 1961, is a versatile American actress, comedian, and author. Recently, she has made a splash in the Star Wars universe, portraying Peli Motto in the acclaimed series The Mandalorian (2019–2023) and its spin-off, The Book of Boba Fett (2022). Sedaris is perhaps best known for her role as Jerri Blank in the Comedy Central series Strangers with Candy (1999–2000), which she also co-wrote, and later reprised in the 2005 film of the same name.
Her talents extend to various other notable television roles, including Hurshe Heartshe in Adult Swim's The Heart, She Holler (2013–2014), Princess Carolyn in the beloved Netflix animated series BoJack Horseman (2014–2020), and Mimi Kanasis in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015–2020).
