Willi Weber
Wilhelm "Willi" Friedrich Weber built a reputation as one of Germany's most influential motorsport managers, guiding the careers of several prominent racing drivers. His most famous partnership was with Michael Schumacher, whom he represented until 2012, overseeing the seven-time Formula One world champion's rise to global stardom. Weber also managed Michael's younger brother Ralf Schumacher until November 2005, helping establish him as a successful Formula One driver with multiple Grand Prix victories. In addition, he looked after Nico Hülkenberg's interests until 2011, steering the young German talent through the early stages of his career, and represented Timo Scheider, a two-time DTM champion. Beyond driver management, Weber held the franchise rights for A1 Team Germany, the German entry in the A1 Grand Prix series, which won the championship in the 2006–07 season. Through his keen eye for talent and shrewd negotiation, Weber played a pivotal role in shaping German motorsport's presence on the international stage, earning recognition as a key figure behind the country's racing success in the 1990s and 2000s.
