Megan Williams (September 11, 1956 – April 17, 2000) was a talented Australian actress and singer, best known for her role as Alice Sullivan in the beloved television series The Sullivans. Her performance earned her a Logie Award for Best Actress for her work in the acclaimed miniseries Anzacs in 1985.

Born in London to parents David and Chin Yu Williams, both of whom had roles in the West End production of South Pacific, Megan's early introduction to the performing arts set the stage for her future career. At just six months old, she made her television debut as an abandoned infant in The Adventures of Robin Hood (1957). The family relocated to Sydney, New South Wales, where she began to pursue her passion for acting.

Throughout her career, Williams captivated audiences with her performances, showcasing her range and depth as an actress. Tragically, in 1997, she underwent surgery for breast cancer. Despite her battle with the disease, it returned in December 1999, ultimately leading to her untimely passing at Sacred Heart Hospice in Darlinghurst, New South Wales, at the age of 43. Megan Williams is remembered for her significant contributions to Australian television and her enduring legacy in the arts.
