Elizabeth Copeland
Elizabeth "Beth" Kocianski Copeland, widely recognized in the wrestling world as Beth Phoenix, is an accomplished American professional wrestler celebrated for her impactful tenure with WWE. She is a distinguished former WWE Divas Champion and a three-time WWE Women's Champion, showcasing her prowess in the ring.
Beth's journey began in high school, where she excelled in amateur wrestling before refining her skills with the All Knighters. She made her wrestling debut in May 2001 and quickly became a notable figure in independent promotions, capturing the inaugural GLORY Championship and making appearances at the first-ever Shimmer events. In 2004, she took a significant step in her career by joining Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), and in October 2005, she signed a developmental deal with WWE.
After debuting on WWE's Raw brand in May 2006, Beth faced a setback with a broken jaw, leading to extensive surgeries and a return to OVW, where she secured the OVW Women's Championship twice. Her comeback to Raw in July 2007 marked the start of her dominance, earning her the title "The Glamazon." She clinched her first WWE Women's Championship at No Mercy in October 2007, holding it for six months. Beth formed a memorable on-screen partnership with Santino Marella, known as "Glamarella," and secured her second Women's Championship in August 2008. Notably, in January 2010, she made history as the second woman to enter the Royal Rumble match, winning her third Women's Championship in April of that year.
